TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C)
PARTICIPATION FOR THE RAFFLE 'SURVEY STATE OF PLAY 2023'

Organizer:
The organizer of this raffle is Playful Solutions GmbH, Burggasse 94A, 1.DG, 1070 Vienna, Austria, info@playfulsolutions.com (referred to as "Playful Solutions" below).

 

Period of participation:
The entry period starts on 30.05.2023 at 12:01 am (Vienna) and ends on 12.07.2023 at 11:59 pm (Vienna). Playful Solutions reserves the right to suspend the raffle completely or temporarily.

 

Eligibility:
All persons who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Playful Solutions, its research partners and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors and employees, as well as their family members and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are not eligible to participate in the raffle.

Participation Requirements:
Prerequisite for participation in the raffle is the full completion of the "Survey - Playfulness in organizations 2023" ( hereafter "Survey").
The survey must be answered and completed by the participant him/herself. This must be done by 12.07.2023. Subsequently, the participant fills in the mandatory fields (first name, last name, e-mail address). By clicking the "Complete" button, the data entered in the form is sent to Playful Solutions and the participation is completed.
Each participant can only take part in the prize draw once. Any attempt by an entrant to enter more times than specified by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or other methods, including but not limited to commercial contest/competition subscriptions and/or entry services, will result in that entrant's registrations not being considered for prize selection. Playful Solutions will have the final decision on the participant's eligibility to be awarded a prize. All registrations must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to participate. 

By entering the raffle, each entrant unconditionally accepts these Terms & conditions  

and agrees to Playful Solutions’ decisions, which are final and binding in all respects. Playful Solutions is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries and the overall administration of prize products. Participants should contact Playful Solutions exclusively with any questions, comments or problems related to the raffle.

Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.
The participant is free to withdraw from participation at any time by sending a revocation to info@playfulsolutions.net. With the deletion of the data, the participation in the raffle is excluded.

 

Winner selection:
The winner will be selected on 13.07.2023. The winner will be selected using a random number generator.
The winner will be notified by e-mail as of 13.07.2023. The winner must contact Playful Solutions within 48 hours of being notified by e-mail and declare acceptance of the prize. The winner must also provide Playful Solutions with the required information (shipping address).
If the winner does not report within this period, does not provide the required information, or if the prize notification is undeliverable, Playful Solutions is entitled to draw new winners.

 

Prize:
Playful Solutions raffles among all participants of the survey, who meet the requirements of paragraph 4, a free consultation and/or a playful surprise package or an online or offline playful experience. The winner can choose his/her desired option.
Winnings cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or exchanged by the winner. Playful Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. This provision is final and binding and cannot be appealed. Playful Solutions makes no representations or warranties as to the appearance, safety or quality of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Playful Solutions will not replace lost or stolen prizes. Failure to comply with the rules set forth in these Terms and Conditions will result in forfeiture of the prize.
 

Limitation of Liability:
Playful Solutions is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by the equipment or programming associated with the raffle or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries in the raffle. Playful Solutions assumes no responsibility for: misdirected or lost entries, errors, omissions, malfunctions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failures, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. Playful Solutions is not responsible for: Problems or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players due to technical problems or congestion on the Internet or on any website, or any combination thereof, including damage or harm to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading materials in the Raffle. The foregoing shall not apply if mandatory statutory provisions require otherwise. The competition is exclusively subject to Austrian Law. Place of performance and court of jurisdiction is Vienna. The application of UN Sales Laws as well as referring international law rules is excluded.
 

Privacy Policy:
Participation in the raffle requires the processing of personal data (first name, last name, e-mail address and, if applicable, address in the event of a win) by Playful Solutions. The data will not be passed on to third parties beyond the dispatch. Severability clause:
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, or should there be a gap in these conditions of participation, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of the invalid provisions or to fill the gap, an appropriate provision shall be made which, as far as legally possible, comes as close as possible to what the creators intended or would have intended according to the sense and purpose of this contract if they had considered the point.
