We are super proud to be the 2019 winners of the Gamification in HR Award! Together with Lost in the Garden and Bildwerk we created a complex interactive AI experience for the BMW Group Academy in Munich, which brought us not only an exciting challenge, but also a sweet reward.
We had some fierce competitors in the race to the award, so we are very happy to have won it. We are also extremely grateful for the feedback we received from the judges. And we’re definitely looking forward to our next ones!

The BMW Digital Discovery Space is a training space developed for the BMW Group Academy in Munich. We created an immersive experience, focusing on the impact and usage of Data Analytics and Big Data for BMW employees.
By gamifying the data processes, we went beyond teaching data models to users and aimed to make the processes tangible and directly experienceable. On top of that, players solve the fictitious challenge in a group, putting teamwork abilities to a test.
